Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over $75. Flat rate $9.99 on orders under $75.
All store orders are handled by Indy Exotic Detailing with care from checkout through delivery. We send tracking details by email as soon as an order is on the way.
We currently ship to all 50 US states.
- Delivery timing varies by item, destination, carrier volume, and holidays
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships
- Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or events outside our control

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer the following return policy:
- Unopened items: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Opened/used items: Return within 15 days if defective or significantly not as described
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage
To initiate a return, contact us at support@indyexoticdetailing.com or reply to your order confirmation email. We will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Refunds appear on your statement based on your bank's processing time.
Items not eligible for return: items damaged through misuse, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and consumable products that have been opened and used (unless defective).
Delivery Information
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, quantity, and carrier routing.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers in that case.
Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the first carrier scan.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contact us if the package still hasn't appeared after 2 business days
Legal Notice
Product accuracy: We make every effort to accurately represent products including descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in product appearance may occur due to normal packaging updates or screen color differences.
Sales tax: We currently do not collect sales tax on store orders. Customers may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax in their state depending on local laws.
Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Limitation of liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
